HXLW-560 pulley type wire drawing machine
HXLW series pulley type wire drawing machine is an ideal equipment for drawing low, medium and high carbon steel wire rod. It can also draw copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals and gold wire rod. It is widely used in steel wire, steel cable, building components, galvanized iron wire, metal mesh, nail making and other factories and mines. Structure: This equipment is composed of main reduction gearbox, mold box, road wheel frame, winding frame and electrical control system. Each drawing drum is driven by JZT series or Y series motor through gear coupling to reduce the speed of two-stage cylindrical gears with different speed ratios, so that the drum is vertical and installed on the box body of the cover, and the gear pair is lubricated with oil immersion. The inner wall equipment of the drum has a cooling water spray setting to reduce the residual heat on the surface of the drum of the drawn steel wire transfer line, and the drawing die is immersed in cooling edema to reduce the working temperature of the die. This machine can realize inching and linkage. In front of the machine tool in the roll-simplified operation position, the equipment has a safety parking mechanism.
